Appearance QC Standards
Front Defects: Defects not exceeding 1mm (such as pits, sand holes, air bubbles, bumps, etc.) are allowed, with no more than three defects on the same plane.
Side and Bottom Defects: 4-6 defects are permitted, with a diameter of less than 0.9mm and a spacing of less than 5cm.
30CM Viewing Distance: The appearance should not have obvious machining marks, scratches, or bumps; minor tool marks are acceptable.
Glass Mirror Surface: The surface must not have white spots or pits exceeding 1mm. There may be slight tolerances in the fit with the bottom case, and minor uneven gaps are considered normal.
Inspection Angle: Inspection should be conducted at a normal angle; inspections at specific angles and lighting conditions will not be recognized.
Internal QC Standards
Due to the mass production and large shipment volume, internal QC standards cannot be established. Normal tool marks and bumps at the chamfer are considered acceptable.
The requirement for factories is to maintain consistency between internal and external standards, but due to the inability to perform QC on each item, the internal surface is currently excluded from QC after-sales scope.
Overall, these standards aim to ensure that the product's appearance and internal quality meet certain requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
